- Returns are accepted only for damaged or incorrect items.
- Any issue must be reported within 24–48 hours of delivery, along with photo or video proof.
- Items must be unused and in their original packaging to qualify for a return.
- Once your request is approved, a replacement or refund will be processed within 5–7 working days.
- Due to hygiene and safety standards, we do not accept returns for opened products or change-of-mind requests.
